This is a picture of the platform at Tonbridge station, we opted to use this location due to its practicality and proximity to our houses. The long track straights will be good to film pull focus shots and blurred shots which will fit in with the common camera techniques within our video. The station is busy enough to show Ant as isolated and ignored yet quiet enough that there will not be too many people getting in the way of our shots
This is a picture of th veranda up the stairs at the station by the ticket barriers, this internal environment would be good to contrast with Ants scruffiness, there will not be much footage shot here, however it may be necessary to achieve continuity if he is to go on to the main high street. This particular sub-location within the station is not as effective as the other two and we may get in peoples ways, and due to it being inside, the footage may not look as good as an external location.
This is what Tonbridge station looks like from outside, as you can see it is a bit of an eyesore, the artificial and metallic looking building will help Ant to look uncomfortable in his set, and on an overcast slightly foggy day such as the day in which this picture was taken, it looks quite sad and bland, which will add to the emotion of the video. This bit of the town can become quite busy, which may cause a problem when filming as one of the towns main bustops is here, meaning there are lots of idle people around who may look into the camera etc.
That is more like it Christy well done:)
